Consumer Behavior Changes Caused by ICT
Information and Communication technology is changing the way people behave, it is creating a change in mentality which result in changing human behavior. Therefore, it is very important for organization to understand how these technologies effect consumers to adapt their strategies. In this article we will discuss behavior changes in e-commerce by using Hofstede’s culture dimensions (Power distance, individualism, masculinity and uncertainty avoidance).
