The Satisfaction of Students in Education Management of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University
The objective of this research is to compare satisfaction of students who came to use educational services at faculty of humanities and social sciences, SuanSunandhaRajabhat University. The research is classified by personal factors, also, studying about satisfactory service result of students at SuanSunandhaRajabhat University. The researchers have studied representative sample from 367 students. Research instruments used in the research are questionnaire, and data analysis with instant program. About the statistics methodology used in this research, the researchers used frequency distribution, percentage, average and standard deviation; moreover, the research also used t-test analysis for 2 groups of independent variable, one-way ANOVA analysis for independent variables that have 2 or more groups and analysis of issue summary by using of open-ended questions. Result indicates that data analysis result about satisfaction of students with different college year, they are satisfied to use service of educational management at faculty of humanities and social sciences, SuanSunandhaRajabhat University, in overall images, are average by level of good and differentiate the statistical significance at.05. After verifying average difference of multiple comparisons, it was found that the satisfaction on using educational service of students at faculty of humanities and social sciences, SuanSunandhaRajabhat University classified by college year, the difference of multiple comparisons is the senior students, they are satisfied on the issue of educational management more than freshmanstudents, sophomore students and junior students.
