The Guidelines for the Development of the Payment Disbursement Process for the Teaching of Special Instructors, A Case Study: Department of Social Sciences, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences

Abstract
The study of the guidelines for the development of the reimbursement process for teaching of special instructors: a case study: Department of Social Sciences, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, has objectives to study the level of satisfaction, to develop tasks for paying special instructor teaching fees to be faster and effective. The population used in this study were special instructors/head of the department, and personnel of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, consisting of 62 people. The data was collected by questionnaires and statistics used to analyze data such as percentage, average, and standard deviation. The study indicated that 1. The general status of the respondents, 62 people, found that most are female, calculated as 55.40% and male for 44.60%. Most of them are special instructors/head of the department for 87.2%, and staff for 12.8% 2. Satisfaction with the guidelines for the development of the reimbursement process for teaching of special instructors: a case study: Department of Social Sciences, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, SuanSunandhaRajabhat University in terms of policies/plans and administration at a moderate level. When it is considered in each item, it was found that at the moderate level. The first one was the satisfaction with the decision of the accountant, followed by the satisfaction with the determination of the structure of the Department of Social Sciences, respectively, and the last one was the satisfaction with the decision of the supervisors in different situations. 3. Satisfaction with the guidelines for the development of the reimbursement process for the teaching of special instructors: a case study: Department of Social Sciences, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, SuanSunandhaRajabhat University in terms of compensation and welfare. In overall, when considered individually, it was found that it was at a moderate level in all items. The first ranking was satisfaction of the welfare organization, followed by the satisfaction of building morale in the workplace, such as recognition awards. Suggestions 1. There should be a study of the management of job satisfaction level of special instructors towards the management of the guidelines for the development of the remuneration payment process for teaching remuneration of instructors as well as studying on types, processes, and time limits to create a greater understanding with a special instructor/instructor for appropriate knowledge and understanding. 2. There should be a study of the process of creating understanding for instructors/special instructors in the faculty of the university in the same way. 3.
