Technology Development: Harmony of Tools

Abstract
In today’s world, for the technology producing companies, there should be a strong and inseparable correlation between how much effort is put into research and development, and how well the company uses this effort and investments as the catalyst for corporate growth by providing a full alignment between R&D targets and corporate strategy. Effective usage of this effort is highly depend on strong technology management strategies. This does not happen without using correct technology prioritization tools. The technology prioritization process has to be practical, intuitive and comprehensive structure like a puzzle, which is consist of several small parts, which are different technology prioritization tools which will help clarify the R&D investment strategy. This study will investigate and enlighten the logic of some technology prioritization tools, their input/output relations, combinations and usages.
