Study on the Determination of Burnout Syndrome in Civil Servants from the Local Administration
The main objective in the local public administration is the satisfaction of the general interest of the citizens. The citizen is a captive client due to the law regulations of the public services made available to them, without any alternative. The public services and the programs of socio-economic development are realized by the civil servants.Only with a body of the civil servants well trained professional and with a good physical capacity corresponding to the performance in the local public administration can be achieved. We say this due to the demanding activity of those who , in many cases, can have consequences in establishing professional exhaustion and professional stress. The study we conducted and whose results are presented briefly in the current article, aimed to identify or not to burnout syndrome in the level of civil servants from a local government.
