Systematic Literature Review: Factors Impacting on Mobile Payment Adoption on User Perspective

Abstract
This paper implements the systematic literature review investigating the factors impacting on mobile payment adoption from user perspective. There are total 58 selected paper been analyzed through proposed five steps systematic literature review process. The results present that culture as an important factor impacting on user adoption intention, meanwhile, interaction between factors can impact on technology adoption model, and comprehensive adoption model generating TAM and UTAUT as efficient analysis tool for new technology adoption studies. This paper provides a systematic literature review process to analyze the factors impacting on mobile adoption. it can help researcher to understand adoption models and adoption factors better on mobile payment aspect, in order to analysis other technology adoption research. Moreover, this paper also provides the companies or organizations with quality advices of understand consumer consumption performance for better decision making.
