Is Creative Organization Really a Booster for Competitive Advantage? The Role of the Creative Organisation in Based Product Innovation for Thai Rubber Processing Industry

Abstract
This article examines how creative Organisation and product innovation can be a significant source of the competitive advantage for Thai Rubber Processing Industry. Initial explanation of a qualitative research method is considered in this paper. In total, ten rubbers processing industries executives responded to the in-depth interview and non-participative observation for collecting the data. The paper finds the significant fact that the relationship between both creative organisation and product innovation in creating a competitive advantage for Thai Rubber Processing Industry. The essence of this paper can assist in creating, achieving, and understanding the process of creative organisation and product innovation in developing the competitive advantage for Thai Rubber Processing Industry as a qualitative deconstruction that collaborations with current and future Thai Rubber Processing Industry systems.
