Culture Shock and Adaptation of Students in Industry-University Collaboration International Internship

Abstract
Using a mixed method approach, the study was to investigate how students in industry-university collaboration international internship experienced culture shock and cross-cultural adaptation. Findings gained from the study about the details and examples of students’ culture shock and adaptation in intern abroad experiences offer insights into the dynamics of their perceptions in this regard.
