Organizational Management in the Local Care Giving Network.

Abstract
The purposes of this research is to examine the factors of organizational management that affecting the caregiver network of local administrative organizations: a case study of Bang Khonthisubdistrict administrative organization, SamutSongkhram province.The techniques and methods for the analysis were the correlation analysis, and the multiple regression analysis. The results of analyzing the factors of organizational management that affecting the caregiver network of local administrative organizations, it is found that the results from the Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient (r) analysis and found that there is a high level of correlation. Statistical significance at the level of .01, which the researcher divided into 12 variables.For the multiple regression analysis it was found that 8 variables according to the 8th modelto regressive summation, and has coefficient of Multiple Correlation or R value equals to 0.880 or R2 is equal to 0.775 which means 8 variables according to the 8th model can explain the change or size alteration of the succession in caregiver network that uses the percentage score of the third component assessment criteria according to the long-term health care assessment form as a measure to 77.50% of total value of factors.
