Paper Title
Study of The Composition and Structure of Natural Kolzhat Clay and Selection of Acid Activation Modes

Abstract
The modification of kolzhat clay (Almaty region, Republic of Kazakhstan) with 2 M hydrochloric, sulfuric and nitric acids was carried out. Using X-ray fluorescence, X-ray diffraction analysis and scanning electron microscopy, the elemental, phase composition, and morphology of the initial and modified clay were established. By applying bimetallic nickel and palladium nanoparticles, the Pd-Ni/CLYH2SO4 catalyst was obtained, the catalytic activity of which was studied by the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide. Keywords - Natural Clay, Modification, Sulfuric Acid, Catalyst, Nickel, Palladium, Hydrogen Peroxide.
