A Review of Literature on Quality of Work Life and Job Satisfaction of Teacher

Abstract
This research paper aims to investigate an empirical factor on Quality of Work Life and Job Satisfaction of teacher. As teacher are worldwide who are well educated. There are only few researchers’ conducted studies to analyze the quality of teachers Quality of Work Life and Job Satisfaction across the world. Although, their work involves every sector as they teach in many areas whether it concerning in education, innovation & technology, tourism, service industry, manufacturing, financial industry and others industries . Their work concerns a lot of stress including academic Service in teaching, lecturing, researching, community Service, various student activities, various project work. Therefore, teacher require the best possible conditions in order to perform their work. So, the researcher was interesting in reviewing the literature on Quality of Work Life which concern about, reward, organizational commitment, recognition, managerial participation, work life balance, job-welfare, job satisfaction, work place facilities for example. This paper was conducted as a qualitative research by studied the research paper regarding Quality of Work Life and Job Satisfaction and various theories regarding to motivation of people. As many researches and studies said the Quality of Work Life also affects the social responsibility of ones and organizations, Therefore, the higher Quality of Work Life is, the better organizational performance, effectiveness it is. Quality of Work Life also affects the social responsibility as well as it is improving personal life and Individual Work Life accordingly. This research paper seeks to examine the concept of Quality of Work Life and Job Satisfaction for teacher This paper is also recommending the approach for future research and practical implication in the workplace. Base on the results, the findings can be indicated that Quality of Work Life also affects Quality of human resources, both inside the organization as well as work life of the individual, motivation for success, individual’s job satisfaction and outside the organization including family life individual private life accordingly.
