Customer Satisfaction, Trust, Customer Loyalty and Switching Cost as Moderating Variable in the Online Service Provider Industry

Abstract
This paper deals with the investigation of 230 respondents of the Indonesian Telkom industry that launch the internet services called Indi Home. Despite its prominent existence of the industry there are also some flaws in delivering its service to its customers nationwide. This research done by using SEM Amos version 23 to test the model on switching cost behavior. The hypotheses are significantly proven as discussed in the text.
