Paper Title
The Generational Approach to Education
Abstract
Recently, a generational approach has been gaining prominence in the perception of the educational process. This does not mean that the approach based on the knowledge of the ontogenetic development of children and youth is being abandoned. The generational approach is more applied in marketing and sociology. This approach emphasizes the view of generations through the optics of the social, political, and economic environment that has an influence on the generation. In this paper, some important aspects of Generation Z, currently the largest generation in the educational process, are presented. Furthermore, Generation Z is compared with Generation Y (Millennials), with the focus placed on similarities and differences between the two generations, emphasizing the recommendations for educational practice.
