Implementing Ethical Decision Making Process to Project Amendment Contract

Abstract
Ethics is a good and a bad standard of personal characteristic. Ethics in projects needed to produce better quality projects. Many paper said unethical actions on the project can cause a huge over budget and also fraud called corruption. Thus, the project manager must produce decisions that are in accordance with the required guidelines, and then ethics must be taken in to it. In this study, ethical decision making process is implemented by combining decision tree diagram in a Telecommunication Project. This project has many changes especially contract amendments. Why amendments to the contract? Because managing time is the most prominent source of project limitations. Most of the Telco projects are late and complex. The result shows that using ethical decision making process and collecting data for developing decision tree diagram can make more robust solution and better decision.
