Applying Appreciative Inquiry to Enhance Employee Engagement: A Case Study of SK Co., Ltd
Abstract
This study is applying appreciative inquiry to enhance employee engagement of SK CO., LTD. The objectives were to determine the positive experience and positive need of employees in order to obtain way for enhance employee engagement of all employees participate in work to increase the effectiveness of staff. The research methodology was based on Appreciative Inquiry were determined by AI 4 - D model and SOAR analysis. The interviews were conducted to collect the qualitative data from the best experience from the employee and analyzed data for convergence and divergence factors including SOAR analysis as a way to enhance employee engagement. The results were classified and the points led to the creation of 3 projects; 1) Exercise for Healthy project, 2) Morning talk project, 3) Money plan project. This study promoted employees participation for learning and development. Which that Positive organization development. Had a positive effect on employee work efficiency with happiness could attraction and increase job satisfaction level of employees.
