Problematics and Possibilities of Opening The Doors of a Private University to Students With Not Enough Economic Income: The Case of Universidad Iberoamericana at Mexico City

Abstract
This article talks about the intention of the Ibero university to make the school population more diverse by assigning more scholarships based on the student’s development during their high school. The specific program is called Si quieres, puedes (If you want, you can), and it was made for students of the outskirts of the city that could never be able to afford a tuition. Insertion and graduation of these students has had its problems, which are related in this article, as well as some possible modifications that might use to increase the percentage of success with this people.
