As a novel modality, Correlative Neuromodulation Therapy is a therapeutic option for refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD) despite Proton pump inhibitors treatment. We enrolled 90 patients, 44 females, and 46 males; and 57 patients with main diagnosis as GERD, and 33 GERD patients with main diagnosis as psychoneurosis or mood disorderscombined with GERD. There are62 patients (69%) ameliorated their GERD symptoms. There is no statistical significance between the genders, neither the cases whether combined with psychoneurosis or mood disorder.
