The Effects of Is Strategic Alignment on The Development of it Infrastructure

Abstract
This study empirically investigates the causal relationships among the use of strategic performance measurement systems (SPMS), organizational learning, information systems (IS) strategic alignment, and the information technology (IT) infrastructure for knowledge management (KM). The results show that SPMS significantly and positively influences organizational learning and the IS strategic alignment. According to the results, it is also observed that organizational learning and the IS strategic alignment have significant and positive effects on the IT infrastructure for KM.
