Paper Title
Idealizing the Future

Abstract
The way we educate the generations, what we teach and what we expect from them change continuously. Education is influenced by the stakeholders such as pupils, educators, and companies, other countries, newly launched professions, parents, governments etc. and accordingly reshaped. In all times, everyone agrees that future comes with changes. Scholars try to find out or plan the next steps and the last steps. They device the necessary products. If you don’t know how to identify the gaps of the present and key elements of necessary changes the system collapses. Some systems are evaluated and better ones are highlighted. For example, the system in Finland is stated to be one of the bests. They have no homework and they have many paradigm shifts. But does one size fit all? Future seems to be farther from the teacher centeredness. Software is going to be replacing textbooks and reshaping education. Are they all? This study shows the ideas taken from a study group who are all academicians in related areas. They try to see the incentives to be created and the barriers to be removed. The study group consists of 6 people. The data has been collected through qualitative method. The group got together three times and discussed the future of education. Their attitudes and predictions about the present, future and ideal personalized education, skills, content, assessment and delivery systems have been debated. The paper discusses the results.
