Managing The Human Capital Performances Through The Key Performance Indicators: A Balanced Scorecard Approach
Abstract
Balanced Scorecard is one most commonly used tool in monitoring the company's performance. The present study has been developed based on 90 companies that do business in Romania. The purpose of this study is emphasize most important indicators used in measuring human capital performance and demonstrate whether there is a correlation between the use of the Balanced Scorecard and provenance Romanian capital firms
