Special Education With Special Needs in Palestine

Abstract
This study aimed to focus on the main contributions in enhancing the main needs for Palestinian in special needs, especially the education right, and what is the main policy of Palestinian MOEHE in considering that case. This study found that, Palestinian people with special needs, of all ages and ages, suffer from basic problems in various areas of life, which must be overcome by vigorous efforts and the redistribution of human and material resources. There are several things that have to be presented in this study before making the necessary recommendations for the advancement of this sector, and also Education sector in Palestine, tried to enhance the right if disabled and people with especial needs to have an appropriate education system, and that was clear through the policy of the MOEHE.
