The Effect Of Strategic Leadership Behavior On The Sustainability Of Small And Medium Enterprises (SMES) In Alexandria, Egypt (An Empirical Study)

Abstract
The purpose of the current paper is to inspect the strategic leadership practices used by Egyptian SMEs to realize effective sustainability which can be considered as win-win situation. In this context the fieldstudy has been conducted over 150 SMEs’ personnel, who are employed in different sectors. As an outcome ofthe study it has been verified that; strategic leadership has an indirect effect on a sustainable SME.
