Paper Title
Numerical Behavior of RC Beams Strengthened with High-Tensile Stainless-Steel Plates

Abstract
This paper study behavior of beams made of NC additionally strengthened with Stainless Steel Plates (SSP). Four specimens were examined numerically under load simulating to maximum shear forces up to collapse. One was master one, while the others were strengthened with different shapes of SSPs. Model built-up, meshing, interaction and material properties have been investigated. Results showed that the presence of SSPs could significantly affect and change the failure mode. In addition, the cracking path can be controlled by the configuration of SSPs. Also, the ultimate shear capacity can be enhanced within range of about 23%~28%.
