Abstract
One of the main debates in the current economy concerns the issue of corporate accountability, the alignment to corporate social responsibility is increasingly an essential necessity for development, profitability but especially the sustainability of companies, this is the purpose of this article by trying to test the relevance of the strategies adopted in alignment to CSR and thus will try to measure the overall performance in the light of CSR by responding to the discussed at length without consensus: How can global performance be improved by relying on socially responsible practices?
