A Study of Thai Tourists Opinion toward the Logistics Performance for Tourism in Rayong Province

Abstract
The objectives of this research are 1) to study tourism behavior of tourists in Rayong province 2) to study the level of tourists 'opinions on logistics efficiency for tourism in Rayong Province 3) to study and compare tourists' opinions on logistics efficiency in Rayong province tourism classified by personal status. The research model is integrated. The qualitative research conducted an in-depth interview with experts. And 5 experts on logistics efficiency for tourism quantitative research conducted a survey 446 tourists in Rayong area using questionnaires as a tool to collect data The statistics use in data processing are descriptive statistics reference statistics, t-test, Anova. The results of the research found that tourists prefer to travel to Koh Samet most and around the beach area, Ban Phe Sub-district intend for recreation. The convenient time to travel is during the morning. The frequency of travel is 2-3 times a year. The duration of the trip is 1-3 days per time. There is a family traveling together. And receive information from the internet. Tourists have opinions on logistics efficiency for tourism in Rayong province. It is find that the value received from logistics management is at a high level, namely physical flow. Consisting of safety in the accommodation and access to food and drink sources easily. Information flow consists of information at the campsite and has moderate opinions on the value received from logistics management and including financial flow. The cost of traveling is appropriate. Tourists with different incomes have opinions on logistics efficiency, tourism in terms of safety at airports at tourist destinations. And traveling, including easy access to food sources. Tourists with different education have opinions on logistics efficiency, tourism in terms of company availability, tours, travel safety, safety at attractions. Travelers of different ages have opinions on logistics efficiency for travel in the case of emergency travel. And the place of accommodation.
