Paper Title
Simulation Of Knowledge Interaction And Knowledge Convergence In Groups

Abstract
To guide a business organization to creative results, intra-group members must undergo learning where there is mutual sharing of possessed knowledge. Intra-group learning, however, may not necessarily progress as intended. Our study thus uses multi-agent simulation to investigate what kinds of behaviors (movements) by individuals within a group will lead to convergence of overall group knowledge in a positive direction. Our results clarify that the type of communication method (focusing on the sensitivity of positive agent) that promote knowledge convergence varied with the knowledge emergence conditions (occurrence or non-occurrence).
