If it extends today to the wage universe, it is because something has emerged within professional relations that the words used to designate the contribution of individuals to their organization can no longer be grasped. The necessary professionalism of the executing employees that the forms of industrial rationalization had been eager to reduce; the valorization of their initiative, autonomy and responsibility, as a condition for the development of new forms of performance that gives rise to these competitive forces.
