The Effects Of Selected Antecedents On The Service Recovery Performance Of Bank Employees In Bangladesh

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to investigate several antecedents of service recovery performance in case of bank employees in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This study aims to show whether job satisfaction and organizational commitment have any association with service recovery performance. Also the paper examines certain factors those have impact on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Hypotheses obtained from the research framework and are tested using regression and correlation analysis. This is a causal research to see the cause and effect relationship of selected antecedents and service recovery.A sample of 500 respondents was surveyed and convenience sampling method was conducted.
