Using Real-time Applications in Education

Abstract
In the XXIst century the classical teaching methods should be changed according to the students’ expectations. Our aim is to make the lessons more interactive and involve the students better in the learning process itself with the help of their smart devices using the latest real-time technology. We decided to use a classroom response and a classroom management system to modernize the palette of our educational tools. We implemented an own classroom response system and now it is ready to use in a wider range, in several subjects. We made a survey to find out the students’ opinion about it and compare the data gained from different classified student groups. In this paper we should like to present our tool and the new results.
