Paper Title
Thermoluminescence and Optically Stimulated Luminescence Properties of Gamma Irradiated Eu3+ Doped Bismuth Borate Glasses

Abstract
Thermally stimulated luminescence (TL) and optically stimulated luminescence spectroscopy (OSL) techniques were used to study trap centers induced by gamma irradiation. Each TL glow curve has shown two broad emission peaks with peak temperatures at 490K and 625K.The number of peaks and their trapping parameters (E, S, T and b) have been determined using the computerized glow curve convolution (CGCD). The dose response of 0.7 mol%Eu doped glass has shown linearbehaviorwithinthedoserangeof250-3kGyproving their suitability for dosimeter in the food irradiation process andred LEDs in radiation zones within 50kGy dose.
