Mediation of Organisational Embeddedness Between Counterproductive Work Behaviour and Organisational Justice: A Conceptual Analysis

Abstract
The article aims to propose the explaining mechanism of organisational embeddedness and between organisational justice and counterproductive work behaviours. This study proposes an applicable technique and conceptual framework to examine empirically the interrelationships of organisational justice, organisational embeddedness, and counterproductive work behaviour. This study will give practitioners a new insight regarding how they can minimise occurrences of counterproductive work behaviours in employees. Although numerous researchers have studied the topics of organisational justice and counterproductive work behaviours, none of those studies has explored the role of organisational embeddedness in explaining counterproductive work behaviours. The innovative propositions using organisational embeddedness as mediator is the originality of this paper and contribution to the body of knowledge.
