Retinal Fund us Images Segmentation Using Deep Learning

Abstract
Deep learning models shows an impressive performance for medical images segmentation and analysis in some cases it is exceed even having human level performance in some application .However the problem with medical images overlay with small amount data to train a deep network to over come this problem Data Augmentation is one of the soluations . in this paper we focus on retinal fundus images segmentation in he impact of data augmentation on the accuracy of deep learning models we used (VGG 16+Unet). Index terms - Deep Learning , Data Augmentation ,vessels .
