Impact of Learning Organization Factors on Risk Management Behavior : Study of Enterprise in Pathumthani Province, Thailand

Abstract
This study investigates the impact of learning organization factors on risk management behavior of enterprises in Pathum Thani Province, Thailand. Empirical evidence of 400 participants as employees (operation level) from 3,441 enterprises in Pathum Thani Province, Thailand validated a theoretical model. Results suggested a significant positive relationship between learning organization variables and risk management behavior. Policy & Procedures factors exerted the greatest influence on risk management behavior followed by policy and procedures. Findings contribute to the literature relating to risk management with successful implications for increasing enterprise efficiency.
