Low Achievement Students In Kuwait And Approaches Of Treatment As Perceived By Teachers, Parents, And School Leaders

Abstract
This national survey study aimed at identifying factors that educators and parents believe lead to students’ low achievement. The study began withexaminingthe concept of quality student learning according to educators and parents. Two instrumentswere used for educators and parents. The researcher has analyzed study results from whichhe has suggested a number of recommendations that can help parents, school leaders, and Ministry of Education’s decision makers deal with this issueand presented a number of strategies for tackling with it.
