Discussion on the Operational Performance of Chopsticks Tip Texture

Abstract
Chopsticks are one of the most commonly used tableware for the Orientals. In this study, the chopsticks tip line of chopsticks was used as the research focus, mainly to evaluate the influence of the chopstick tip line on the food gripping efficiency. A total of 30 subjects used the experiment and used the pliers type chopsticks method to separate the peanuts. Take the test of black bean operation and red bean operation. The results confirmed that chopsticks with chopsticks tip lines had a significant effect on the intake of peanuts, black beans, red beans and meal performance. Overall, this study suggests the use of chopsticks with chopsticks and sharp lines. Index Terms - Chopsticks, texture, operational performance, Human factors and ergonomics
