Paper Title
Ultrasound-Assisted Extraction and Аnti-Helicobacter Pylori Activity in Vitro Thymuscre Brifolius Klok.

Abstract
Possible reduction of stocks of medicinal plant materials Thymus serpyllumL. andThymus vulgaris L.leads to the need to expand the resource base of official medicinal plants due to additional plant sources. Therefore, the aim of our work is to study the process of ultrasonic extraction of the endemic flora of Kazakhstan- ThymuscrebrifoliusKlok., growing in the Karaganda region. The study of the antimicrobial activity of the obtained ultrasonic extracts showed that all the tested samples have a pronounced antibacterial effect against Helicobacter pylori, the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) is 0.625-1.25 mg / ml, the minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) = 1.25-2.5 mg / ml. Index Terms – Anti Helicobacter pyloriactivity, ultrasound-assisted extraction,Thymuscrebrifolius.
