Paper Title
Anti-Helicobacter Pylori Activity in Vitro of Ultrasound-Assisted Extraction of Thymus Serpyllum

Abstract
Thymus serpyllumL.s.l. has been attracted the attention of scientists worldwide. It has pharmacological properties such as expectorant, antioxidant, antimicrobial and antitumor effects. The aim of this study was ultrasound extraction of 96% and 70% ethanol at 28 kHz and 40 kHz of the Thymus serpyllumL.s.l. growing in the Central Kazakhstan and study of the influence the extraction solvent and the frequency of ultrasonic radiation on the yield of the sum of extractives. According to the results, all the tested samples have a pronounced antibacterial activity against Helicobacter pylori, minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) = 0.625-1.25 mg/ml and minimal bactericidal concentration (МBC) = 1.25-2.5 mg/ml. Index Terms - Anti-Helicobacter Pyloriactivity, Ultrasound-Assisted Extraction,Thymusserpyllum.
