Tourists Expectations towards adharma Retreat Center In Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Province

Abstract
This research aims to: 1. To study TouristExpectations towards a Dharma RetreatCenter in PhraNakhon Si Ayutthaya Province using quantitative research method. Quantitative data were collected by in-depth interviewing with 400 key respondents who weretravelling inPhraNakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. Meanwhile, the values of Frequency, Percentage, Means and Standard Deviation were measured through statistical analysis to interpret the collected data corresponding to the research objectives. The research results were found that : (1) In terms of roomaccommodation, more modernizedroom facilities should be provided. (2) In terms of securityservices,security guardshave to undergo extensive training to help them obtain the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their job rolesso that they can ensure safety at all times as well as being ready to assist and solve problems in time for Dharma practitioners. Additionally, the compound of Dharma retreatis needed to be provided with bright light together with sufficient serviceproviders.3) In terms of physical environment, an improvement is needed for making a fine, clean and peaceful garden so as to help purifymind and soul of Dharma practitioner. (4) In terms of food and drinks, a Dharma retreat center needs to keep its food service area, food display areas and equipment clean and tidy together with the variety of healthy food offered.
