Organizational Commitment of the Employees at Business Services Alliance Co., LTD

Abstract
This study aims to examine 1) the employees’ organizational commitment; and 2) work-characteristics and experiences that are the influencing factors of the organizational commitment at Business Services Alliance Co., Ltd. The sample comprised 118 employees of Business Services Alliance Co., Ltd. The instrument was a questionnaire, and the derived data were statistically analyzed in mean and standard deviation. The test of hypothesis revealed that the employees at the company who have 1) “work freedom” and “work participation”; 2) “work freedom” but “little experience”; and 3) “expectations fulfilled by the organization” and “sense of organizational commitments, respectively.
