Guideline of Knowledge and Understanding Development in Performance Assessment Criteria of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University
Abstract
This research was aimed to study the knowledge and understanding in performance assessment criteria of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The sample group was 101 of executives and staff, the data was gathered by using the questionnaire with Likert Rating Scale, and the statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation. The findings revealed that the overall of the level of knowledge and understanding development in performance assessment criteria was in the high level, when it was considered in each factor, it revealed that; The understanding of the 2nd strategy – Create the academic works, publication and intellectual property, it was in the highest mean, The publication of performance assessment criteria to all staff, The application of performance assessment criteria for work improvement, and The understanding of the 4th strategy – Extend the international commendation, it was in the lowest mean consecutively.
