Paper Title
Utilization of Jordanian Natural Materials for Uranium Removal

Abstract
This paper aimed to investigate the capability of natural Jordanian kaolin for adsorption of U. The results obtained showed that the optimum adsorption occurred at pH=5.5, and increased with the increase of temperature, kaolin dosage, and contact time, while it decreased with increase of initial concentration and particle sizes. Up to 98.0% removal efficiency, and 18mg/g uptake capacity wasachievedat a temperature of 25˚C within 120 min. of contact time.
