Analytical Study Of Several Analysis Techniques To Improve Human Competency In Maritime Industry

Abstract
The current study involves a different approach to evaluate the performance of a human being in his practical life. It aims at investigating the negative aspects of his practical life and attempting to rectify them. These aspects will be discussed in terms of their effect on the human being and directing him in the right direction. The study of human beings, as the essence of life, is one of the most important studies that serves mankind; therefore, it should be given enough attention. Man, by nature, aims to enhance and improve life as he is an integral part of it. However, there are obstacles that could prevent him from achieving his goal. These obstacles may include the surrounding environment and the available technologies. Man has a great responsibility not only towards himself but also towards mankind. Thus, we need to work on overcoming these obstacles that hinder the advancement of mankind. This can be done through implementing a general policy that serves human beings by documenting and monitoring their behavior. Also, it can be done by establishing a system that can monitor and improve his performance through involving him in the tasks which can improve his performance. When a human being is involved in these tasks, it will change his perspective and perception of his surroundings. This will also encourage him to positively follow the system. In doing so, he will be the one who imposed the system to improve his perception of himself and achieve the highest performance available.
