Customer Car Rental Knowledge Learningfrom Global Company Based On Online Comments Of Content Analysis
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to help Chiang Mai local car rental company learning customer knowledge from the global company though analyzing Chinese tourists abroad car rental online comments and clarifying critical knowledge. This research investigates the first-hand data of the organization and online comments analysis, theories and the trends of car rental. The needs of Chinese tourists about car rental is to help Chiang Mai local car rental company to make useful marketing strategies. This paper through the content analysis of Chinese tourists online comments and combine with 4Cs to give an understanding of what part could help the local company to better make the strategy to better serve tourists.
