A Servqual Model For Boosting Service Quality: An Ecotourism Case Study Of Suan Luang Rama IX Park, Thailand

Abstract
This research is aimed at studying visitors’ perception towards service quality management as well as their retention to revisit Thai ecotourism destination of Suan Luang Rama IX Park, a largest public park with a botanical garden, memorial and museum in Bangkok, Thailand. The main research problem is a concern with the dimensions of perception on service quality that impact visitors in making the decision to revisit the park. The review of literature come up with several service qualities attributes which are employed to develop a research tool. A convenience sampling along with a self-administered questionnaire will be used to gather data from 384 visitors. Statistic using in analysis data will be descriptive statistic including percentage, mean and standard deviation, and inferential statistic; factor analysis, and multiple regression. This research presently is on collecting data stage so it is a working paper, which still needs further stages to complete. Index Terms - Ecotourism, Perception of Tourists, Service Quality
