Online Trust and Technology Acceptance Model in Decision to Purchase Airlines E-Ticket

Abstract
This study attempts to examine the role of online trust and technology acceptance model in decision to purchase airlines e-ticket. Data were collected from airlines’ customers in Indonesia using purposive sampling method. This study received 569 respondents.A multiple regression was employed to analyse the data. The result shows that online, trust and perceived ease-of-use are not important determinants while customers decide to purchase airlines e-ticket. Moreover, the study finds that perceived usefulness is a significant factor considered by customers in deciding to purchase airlines e-ticket.
