Examining the Relationship Between Human Resource Management Practices and Firm Performance in Asia-Pacific Region

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to highlight the findings of current knowledge about the relationship between human resource management (HRM) practices and firm performance in Asian-Pacific region. A survey of articles published in English were searched from January 2000 to December 2018 and a total of eleven articles met the inclusion criteria. Four main categories of human resource management (HRM) practices namely, selection, development, rewards and relations were found.
