Guideline for Lodging Business Development of Elderly Tourists Facilities in Amphawa and Bang Khonthi Districts, Samutsongkhram Province

Abstract
This study aims to examine elderly tourists facility development guidelines in Amphawa and Bang Khonthi Districts, Samut Songkhram Province. This quantitative study uses a Likert Scale questionnaire on 400 members of the sample group. Descriptive statistics such as means and standard deviation are used to analyze and present the data in order to describe elderly tourists facility development guideline in Amphawa and Bang Khonthi Districts, Samut Songkhram Province. Result showed overall high tourist satisfaction with elderly tourists facility. In detail, supplementary services like book corner, tourist activities or others ranked the highest, followed by common facilities such as elevator and restroom, accessibility equipment for the elderly such as handrail and CCTV, and lastly medical services like first-aid kits, communication channel with medical facilities and wheelchairs.
