COP For Improving Nurse Care Service in Chiang Mai Medical Resort

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to identify the deficiencies in the work of nurse assistants and to fill up the knowledge and skills required to improve the quality of service and the ability of nurse assistants. The research includes basic information about the organization, tools, and theory of literature research. Through the COP to guide the whole process, and based on this, summarize the more specific knowledge manuals for the organization, thus helping the organization to improve its core competitiveness.
