Economic Assessment of The Implementation of Intelligent Building Management System

Abstract
Energy consumption in the current century is increasing due to the growing growth of the industry and the human need for more prosperity. On the one hand, given the end of fossil fuel sources and the rising cost of energy use, new technologies are being developed on an ongoing basis. In this paper, an Intelligent Building Management System (BMS) was first introduced and then an economic assessment of the implementation of the intelligent building system in one of the educational buildings of University based on the design scenario in the field of lighting system and intelligent engine.
