An Exploratory Factor Analysis Of Air Transport Services; Buriram Airport: The Areas Of Lower Northeastern Part Of Thailand; “Nakhon-Chai-Bu-Rin”

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study the important elements of air transport service: Buriram airport (BFV): the areas of lower northeastern part of Thailand; “NAKHON-CHAI-BU-RIN”. A sample size of 400 Thai passengers was accidentally selected at BFV. A questionnaire was used as a research tool for data collection, reliability and validity of the questionnaire was confirmed. An exploratory factor analysis was carried out by using the methodology for the exploratory factor analysis with principal component analysis (PCA) and the orthogonal rotation with varimax rotation method. The findings revealed that Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) measure of sampling adequacy was 0.507 and Bartlett's test of sphericity Chi-square (2) was 10751.408. The elements could be analyzed as sixth elements. All elements had a range of values of eigenvalue from 1.285 to 8.193 and had cumulative variance of 73.965 percent at a statistical significance level of 0.05. When consider the appropriateness of the weights of element had the value greater than 0.60, which was higher than the acceptable criterion. Index Terms - Air transport services (ATS), an exploratory factor analysis (EFA), Buriram airport (BFV).
